In the last snapshot at the app store for pro HD it seems like you can age the smoke by color. How do I do that?

Hi,
You can change the smoke color by double-tapping on the smoke source (i.e., on the edge of the screen, where the smoke appears). You can cycle between different colors like this in "stream" or "stripes" smoke mode. For stripes you can choose the two stripes color independantly.
One of the mode (just after the green color) is actually a "rainbow" mode where color gradually changes over time. The screenshot you refer to was taken with this mode.
